Theresa's journey: From dance to her own Pilates studio
Theresa von Hunoltstein discovered Pilates during her stage dance training in Berlin and a tour in New York. This inspired her to establish Pure Balance Pilates. As a certified Pilates instructor and sports scientist, she took over a small studio in Hamburg which has since quadrupled its customer base.
